Phil Wheeler

ADInstruments

Phil Wheeler is a Dunedin native with a career focus on web technology and support, overlapping this with interests in education and learning. He has worked across several industry sectors including finance, professional services, security and health. Phil is currently the Education Manager at ADInstruments, supporting a large team to deliver cutting-edge education solutions in the life science sector around the world.

Paul Hansen

Co-Founder & Owner, 1000minds

Paul is a health economist, economics professor and co-inventor of 1000minds software – as explained below, a web application for decision-making and conjoint analysis. Paul mostly works is in the area of priority-setting and resource allocation, especially involving applications of 1000minds in the health sector. As well as working at the University of Otago and with his 1000minds colleagues, Paul has also been an advisor to the World Health Organization, a contractor for Google, been seconded to Treasury and consulted for PHARMAC and the Ministry of Health. He also likes surfing and beer.
