Discovery Lab - Code School For Kids

Our kids are the creators of the future. Let’s set them up with the tools they need to understand technology and use it to create the future they want.

Parents and kids are invited to come to Manifold to learn and experience what a Discovery Lab session is like.

This free event is an opportunity for parents to have their questions answered and for kids to experiment with the code and hardware used in our classes. We will also have several pieces of technology (printers/scanners etc.) that we will be dismantling and rebuilding, as well as several robots to play with.

Bring along a device if you have one (Tablet or Laptop).

During the event we will also be taking pre-bookings for our first block of classes in 2019 starting early June, so don't miss out!

Aimed at 10-16 year olds our after-school classes teach kids about computer coding, how things work, making websites, and staying safe online (digital citizenship). Kids get to experience the world of technology through code and breaking digital and physical things apart and putting them back together. Through our classes they will transition from digital consumers to digital creators!
