What's it all about?

This year we are getting involved and are bringing you James Brown, General Manager of Fintech New Zealand as part of the Waikato Techweek19 Waikato events. Emerging FinTech is redefining the way we borrow, lend, save, spend, store and transfer money. Disruptive technologies are revolutionising traditional financial services, creating opportunities for startup entrepreneurs and corporate innovators.

Clients, Customers, Communities are a digitally orientated as technology has improved our lives - searching, communicating, and connecting. As a result doing business is no longer considering a simple one time transaction, the need to build experiences, unique or expected has become the a key driver in decisions.

James Brown, General Manager, FinTechNZ will discuss how business, management and leaders need to shift their thinking into agile and digital age, especially around how they engage with their customer.
