The Lab - Makerspace

An interactive programme for young people which engages them in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Maths) and engenders a passion for learning.

The programme rotates each week around libraries and community centres in Hamilton encouraging young minds to problem solve, think creatively, and develop innovative ideas while doing a variety of DIY and technology based activities. 

For Techweek The Lab is at the Central Library.

The programme is free and is suitable for ages 8 years and older.
