On 22 May at The University of Canterbury the New Zealand Space Agency and SpaceBase have gathered a panel of experts and space students for a public discussion and Q & A. The panel’s combined experience spans space science and entrepreneurship, the use of space data, astrobiology, and space colonisation. Free to the public and students. Come and join us to discuss space, and hear about the growing opportunities in this fast-moving high-tech sector.

Aayushi Verma is the co-founder and President of the New Zealand Students’ Space Association: Christchurch Chapter and a second-year undergraduate at the University of Canterbury studying Astronomy and Mathematics with a passion for the stars!
Tim Searle is a Senior Policy Advisor at the New Zealand Space Agency. Previously he has worked on public and private sector Space projects in Europe. His key technology focus domains are: hybrid propulsion, small launchers, UAV applications and space debris mitigation.
