So they are not left behind, businesses need to be preparing for the future now. Join us for a panel session exploring life for humans of the future through the lens of customer experience, work, culture and diversity.

This session is perfect for anyone with an interest in what the future might look like and what kind of life they might lead with a particular focus on how new technologies will impact our lives. It will provide insights into what businesses should be doing to design for the future.

Kris Nygren

Partner, PwC

Kris is obsessed with the value of the human experience in our digital-physical lives and in all his time has never met a whiteboard he didn’t agree with. His deep desire to understand the customer underpins his role as Digital & Customer Leader at PwC.

Kris joined PwC as part of the acquisition of Optimal Experience and for the past 15 years has held leadership roles within the digital and innovation landscape working with clients from around the globe.

He believes that he is creating a better future by the work he does and has been ultimately responsible for delivering over 300 human-centred digital and service design projects. Kris is hands-on and actively supports the start-up and tech communities as an investor; he’s Executive in Residence at The Icehouse, and a judge on the HiTech Awards panel.

At the end of the day he wants to walk out the door and know he’s made a difference – and that there’s a whiskey waiting!

Silvia Zuur

Director, PwC

Silvia is an entrepreneur, global changemaker, thinker and doer. She has been a Finalist in the New Zealand Women of Influence Awards and Wellingtonian of the Year. Most recently in 2018, she received the Wellington New Thinking award. Prior to joining PwC Silvia, co-founded an education-tech startup in Wellington, and the co-led Dev Academy from start-up through to NZQA accreditation. Silvia is also a trained practitioner in the Theory U collaboration methodology.

Ella Gordon-Latty

Senior Analyst, PwC

Ella is an experience designer with the Experience Centre at PwC. She is a sustainable
futures enthusiast, who helps businesses and local government serve their customers better.

Having previously worked at Waste Management, Ella co-founded the Now Crowd, an organisation supporting young professionals to drive the sustainability agenda at work.

Ella is an optimist about the future, and can’t wait to explore how it will unfold during our Techweek session.
