Techweek TV: How New Zealand can lead the way in the future of food innovation

How we eat, grow and consume food is changing globally. Where is disruption happening? How can New Zealand lead in food innovation?

What's it all about?

As an agricultural trading nation, New Zealand has a great opportunity to embrace ‘greener’ growth. But how prepared are we for the changes ahead? With governments, investors and consumers around the world increasingly focused on reducing the greenhouse gas emissions and water usage of our meat and dairy suppliers, what does the future of food look like? How will the food/value supply chain change? Business opportunities exist to develop alternative protein foods in place of meat, and instead of using animals in food production. Join our expert panel as they discuss these issues, and more.
