There are two parts to the emerging workplace: exponential technologies and a new cultural paradigm that responds to these technological developments but also to a wider cultural evolution coming from a new generation of people with a new outlook on life. 
Consumers, talent, investors, buyers etc. are looking for more purposeful experiences conscious of creating a positive impact on people and planet.

All over the globe teams, organisations, communities and ecosystems are experimenting with new ways of working that engage and inspire people so they collaborate and innovate to make their shared purpose become reality. We tapped into this global movement and created this workshop for you.

Part of a series of masterclasses to future-proof careers and workplaces, this workshop will help you explore and experience this paradigm shift by using some really simple practices that will gently shape a new work culture starting at a personal and team level. This is a real practical lab which will give you new perspectives on how people work, learn and lead. You will walk away with inspiration and steps you can start piloting immediately and who knows you might start a viral movement in your organisation.
