Connecting families to broadband

Calling families with U18's! Connect to cheap, flexible, prepay broadband in your own home.

What's it all about?

Onehunga Library is a Spark JUMP partner and is working to increase its community families' internet access at home.

We invite families with children under 18 who have no broadband (modem) connection at home to contact us & book free a Book A Librarian session and register for a cheap, no contract broadband connection.

Spark Foundation partners with community-based organisations like the Digital Inclusion Alliance Aotearoa to deliver wireless broadband to families without internet. During a Book a Librarian session, library staff will set up a free modem so that it’s tried and tested ready for families to take home and use.

If you do not have an email account which you have convenient access to then please mention this when you book your session.

Optional: If you have an internet ready device (phone, tablet, laptop) then please bring that with you.

See sparknz.co.nz/what-matters/spark-jump/ to check for eligibility.

BOOKINGS ARE REQUIRED. Phone 09 377 0209 and ask for Onehunga Library to schedule your Spark JUMP session. Sessions are for up to 60 minutes.
