Morris is the Chief Executive and founder of Healthcare Applications Ltd, the developer the Emergency Q platform which reduces overcrowding in hospital emergency departments. The software won the 2018 NZ Hi-Tech awards and B:Hive race for space competition. It is currently used at 2 AKL Hospitals.
