Three great reasons to be part of Techweek'18

  • to connect with consumers, peers and mentors
  • to inspire New Zealanders with your innovative idea, product or business
  • to build the capability of New Zealanders, whether by inspiring the next generation or fostering discussion with peers
Events during Techweek vary from major conferences to small meetups on niche topics, hackathons, workshops and networking events. You’re only limited by your own imagination and our 2018 theme, ‘innovation that’s good for the world’.

Two awesome things that are new to Techweek in 2018

Headline Event Series
We’re co-producing four major events in Auckland, Tauranga, Wellington and Christchurch across the week focused on specific topics.
We encourage you to leverage the excitement generated around these by creating events that follow similar topics.

Innovation Tour
In an exciting first, we’re extending an invitation to international innovators and thought leaders to come to New Zealand during Techweek’18 and tour our innovation ecosystem. These international visitors will be attending some of our Headline events and browsing the entire Techweek programme to find events that suit their areas of expertise and interest.
This is another great reason to be really clear about the topic or sector that your event is focused on, so that our system can help our guests to find them. Find out more ->
Techweek is a growing festival with global aspirations, we want to take New Zealand stories to the world and we'd love you to join us for the journey.
